Strictly no refund
Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be processed by our studio before shipment. All shipping comes with tracking, kindly drop us an email for tracking details if needed.
MEADOW shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. MEADOW does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
In the event that orders are returned without notice, MEADOW has the right to reject the returns that do not comply with our return policies.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete name and/or address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply to the reshipment of your order.

We ship from Indonesia. Check out as per usual and our site calculates the shipping cost for you based on distance and weight.
International orders may be subjected to duties and taxes and must be settled by the recipient. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds for this reason.

Exchange and Return
We accept exchange within 15 days after receiving your order.
All returned products must be in their original packaging, original condition, unworn, unwashed. Customers will assume the cost of return shipping to our studio in Indonesia.
If the exchange is the result of some error on our part (ie; you received an incorrect or defective item), we will be happy to pay for the return shipping. International shipping will NOT BE REFUNDED as part of an exchange.
Please note that :
Exchange can only be made for the same style, in a different color or size and is subject to availability. As we do not accept store credit, all exchanges must be completed immediately. Should the desired exchange item run out of stock, you may exchange it with other available items from the store. Delivery fees to send the package back to destination will be borne by the customer.

When an agreed solution is reached, you can pack up your items with a return note. On the return note, you must indicate the size and colour that you prefer as well as your personal details. This includes your name, your contact number and the receiving address for the exchange.
You can expect your exchange parcel to be processed within 5-7 working days after we have received the return.
