Our studio
Every piece is made to order at our studio in Medan, Indonesia. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order leaves us.
Delivery locations
We currently deliver to Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.

When to expect your order
Parcels leave our studio every Tuesday and Thursday, carried by Rayspeed. From there, delivery takes 7–10 working days.
Singapore customers can choose standard or express delivery; Malaysia customers have standard delivery. Your options will appear once you enter your address at checkout.
Because each piece is made to order, timelines may run slightly longer during busier periods — thank you for bearing with us.
Parcels aren't delivered on public holidays; in that case, expect arrival the next business day.
